Upon Account suspension or closure by kepo66 for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds that cannot be linked to fraudulent activity will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, returned to the originating payment method following the completion of any investigation. kepo66 reserves the right to retain funds where required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authority.
